Refund policy
For hygiene reasons, our cuticle oils and nail files cannot be returned or exchanged unless they’re faulty.
All faulty returns must be placed within 7 days of receiving the order. Send an email to our team at info@wildskin.co.nz with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. They’ll get back to you with different options whether it be an exchange or a refund on the product.
How do I package my Faulty Return?
Please note that we do not offer free post returns unless the item is faulty. If you are looking to return a cuticle oil or nail file product that is not faulty, a refund will not be available, due to hygiene reasons.
All we ask is that the items must be returned in the same condition you received it. Pop your item into a suitable package and clearly label it with the reference number and address provided by our team via email. If the product is faulty, we will issue you a return label via email which can be printed and taped to your packaging.
How long will my Faulty Return take to be processed?
After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items the refund should be in your account within 5-7 working days. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
